VAI’s elderly home care program serves older adults in the Cook and DuPage Counties. Multilingual home care workers who can speak languages such as Vietnamese, Chinese, or Arabic aid homebound seniors with daily tasks and household chores. In Fiscal Year 2018, VAI’s program provided 200,000 service hours to over 300 homebound seniors and employed over 200 home care workers.
